2019 OCTAVE

Sip The Harmonies

Why Octave? In music, an Octave is a musical interval embracing eight diatonic degrees. This wine has eight grape varietals that create a blend that is sure to serenade your palate. Each “note”or “varietal” builds upon the next to create a lush orchestral sound. Octave is fruit forward, full-bodied, and velvety. Each varietal was separately aged in French & American oak barrels for 3 years, blended by taste, then returned to neutral barrels for a total of 4 years! This wine is sure to impress any level of connoisseur! We encourage you to taste the passion, excitement, & balance. Embrace it like a good piece of music. Sip the harmonies.

David dedicates this performance to the music teachers.
